For the families and caretakers of those with End-Stage Renal Disease (ESRD), navigating your loved ones’ treatment options can be overwhelming. We understand that an ESRD diagnosis doesn’t just affect patients—it affects everyone involved with their care. At First Prevention and Dialysis Center we know that the path to better health doesn’t stop at our doors. Because we believe in treating the person and not just the disease, we are committed to making sure that families and caretakers have the resources that they need to support their loved ones throughout the course of their treatment.

As part of our efforts to improve patient outcomes you will find trained, specialized professionals like renal dieticians and social workers at all of our clinics. These professionals are at your disposal to help answer your questions and walk you through the best way to support the patient in your life. There is also a wealth of information available online. We’ve compiled some of the most helpful resources out there for your convenience below.
